In January 2022, I came across Guruji's
swaroop on a Facebook page. Henceforth, every time I was on Facebook, a beautiful divine swaroop with a profile of His face would come up. I wondered who He was and why His photo was constantly on my screen. I checked Him out on Google and soon began listening to the
mantra jaap and hearing
satsangs. It felt good. I got in touch with the
sangat in Dubai, where I live with my husband, son and daughter, and went to the monthly satsangs. In time, with His blessings, I developed a one-to-one connection with Guruji.
My family was financially unstable. One evening, very upset, I sat on my balcony and prayed to Guruji. Between sobs, I told Him how I needed to work to support my family. Spending the day in chores, then sleeping and then repeating the entire process the next day was not how I wanted to spend my life. After emptying out my heart, I went to sleep for the night.
Early the following morning my mobile had a WhatsApp message. The building security was asking if there were any takers for an administrative post. Before I could reply in the affirmative, the job-poster called me up, requesting me to come down to reception. I washed, grabbed a change, and went to meet him. I was asked about my qualifications and computer skills. I could work with computers, and was told to join work the following day. Astounded, I wondered aloud that I hadn't been subjected to an interview nor been asked to submit my CV. I don't want anything, the interviewer declared, again asking me to join the following day.
All of these were purely and surely Guruji's blessings. Guruji had created a job suitable for me overnight! As if to underline that it was indeed His
ashirwaad at work, I noticed my office building number is 7 and my boss's birthday occurs on the 7
th as does my colleague's. The reason behind His granting me a job became apparent very quickly. I had hardly gained employment when my husband's employer cancelled our visa. This would have meant that our family would not have eligible visas since my husband, as an expatriate, was sponsoring ours. However, I could now turn to my employer, who agreed to support our visas. Guruji had known that our family visa would be cancelled, so He gave me a job and an employer who would help us out. Thank you, Guruji!
Hardly had I gained employment when my husband's employer cancelled our visa. I turned to my employer, and he agreed to support the visa. Resultantly, I could sponsor my family for the visa. Then Covid-19 came. My husband and children got infected. They were bundled together in one room; I nurtured them with home-made food. Guruji kept me safe, and with His blessings, everyone recovered after a fortnight.
A mother's prayers are heard
When my son turned a teenager, he, like most his age, had an unsurprisingly knowing attitude. On top of that, he was hyperreactive to any parental suggestion. Worried, I prayed to Guruji that His behaviour would change for the positive. Through telepathy Guruji said: "
Puttar nu jal prasad pila." I began giving my son
jal prasad and saw Him transform for the better.
I also had a personal wish. I wanted to do a satsang in my house but did not have Guruji's swaroop. I asked a devotee to provide a swaroop, but could not collect it from him.
Some days later, my birthday and a few holidays approached. I wanted Guruji to come home for my birthday and decided to go to the devotee's place for the swaroop. I fear driving and had never used GPS; I prayed to Guruji to drive for me. And so it was: I drove without any sense of fear and got a beautiful swaroop along with two blessed pendants and a bracelet at the devotee's house. It was only after I had come back home that I realized I had prayed to Guruji to come home for my birthday: He had done so, via His swaroops, the previous day.
I want to thank all the people who have contributed to make my life more beautiful. Above all, I offer my eternal gratitude to my beloved and loving Guruji for keeping us at His lotus feet. May He always always shower His blessings upon us.
