Guruji came into my life at a time when I was at my lowest and I want to thank my dad & childhood friend for introducing me to Guruji's divine love. My child had a critical health issue, and I was heartbroken as well as quite shaken. I decided to take leave of absence from work to focus on my daughter's health. Guruji helped me secure leave of absence without any issues, and it was longer than what was allowed per company policy. My leadership team was very supportive throughout and gave me the space I needed to work through this personal crisis.
During this time, my organization sold off the business unit where I was working, to another company. This left me unsure about my career prospects and if I would ever like to join this other organization since it didn't align with my career goals. I didn't have the mental bandwidth due to my child's health to fully process the implications of this change or to act upon it. I did long to stay with my current organization, so I tried to influence the HR Head to keep me within the organization by moving me to a different business unit. My request went in vain as she told me that they were contractually bound by the agreement to transfer all employees to this new organization.
I prayed to Guruji to do what was best for my family. My child's health was my priority, so I surrendered to His will. A month later, my HR called me and told me that they found a role for me in another business unit and this other organization is willing to make an exception in my case. I was shocked and elated at the same time. I realized it was Guruji's hand behind this as it was nearly impossible for it to happen. They were also flexible with my return date to work.
Once I joined back work, I was assigned a seat that had number 7 and this reassured me that Guruji was by my side. Thank you Guruji for taking care of my career and I know my child will also recover soon with your blessings. I sincerely pray that I continue to surrender to your will and be at peace. Jai Guruji!
